Beef Jus Mix – 2kg

Beef Jus (gluten free) is a free flowing, granulated seasoning-blend, and is
brown in colour with a strong beef flavour.

USAGE RECOMMENDATION/DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
Beef jus has many applications throughout the meat, catering and pastry cook industries.
Combine 100gr per 1 litre of water or use according to taste required. Bring to boil, and
stir continuously and let simmer until cooked.

GMO STATUS:This product is free from any Genetically Modified Material.

STORAGE AND TRANSPORT:
Product shall be stored in a cool, dry area, protected from light, heat and moisture. And
ideally at a temperature of 10-25°C and 70% R.H maximum. Avoid using wet utensils when
handling products. No responsibility is taken for humid, hot, and dusty or infested storage
conditions off site.
