Demi-Glace Mix – 2kg

Demi-Glace (gluten/msg free) is a rich tasting, easy to prepare base mix for all traditional
brown sauces. This free-flowing product is ‘freeze-thaw stable’ and is light brown in colour.

USAGE RECOMMENDATION/DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
Combine 100grams of Demi-Glace mix with 1 litre of cold water. Mix thoroughly. Cook over
medium heat whilst stirring constantly. Bring to boil and simmer for 2-3 minutes.

GMO STATUS:
This product is free from any Genetically Modified Material.

STORAGE AND TRANSPORT:
Product shall be stored in a cool, dry area, protected from light, heat and moisture and
ideally at a temperature of 10-25ºC and 70% R.H. maximum. Avoid using wet utensils
when handling product. No responsibility is taken for humid, hot and dusty or infested
storage conditions off site.
