Mushroom Booster – 2.4kg

Mushroom Booster (gluten/msg free) is a free flowing, fine granular seasoning blend,
and is light grey/cream in colour with a natural mushroom flavour and aroma. The
product is particularly effective for applications in meat pie gravies, snack foods and
dehydrated soups.

USAGE RECOMMENDATION/DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
Recommended usage; 5-10g per kilo of total product weight.
This is equivalent to 0.5-1% by weight.

GMO STATUS:
This product is free from any Genetically Modified Material.

STORAGE AND TRANSPORT:
Product shall be stored in a cool, dry area, protected from light, heat and moisture. And
ideally at a temperature of 10-25°C and 70% R.H maximum. Avoid using wet utensils when
handling products. No responsibility is taken for humid, hot, and dusty or infested storage
conditions off site.

This product contains no known allergens.

Rice flour, Salt, Maize Starch, Dextrose, Mushroom Powder, Flavour Enhancer (635), Flavour
(Flavour Enhancer (364, 635)), Canola Oil, Yeast Extract, Anti-Caking Agent (551), Dehydrated
Vegetable, Spices, Food Acid (330).
